Making it easier to manage students in Tassomai

We’re excited to introduce the next stage of our Teacher Dashboard improvements focusing this time on management of learners.

Following our recent updates to content and class management, this new feature is designed to make it much easier for teachers with administrative rights to oversee and organise learner accounts across the whole school.

*This feature is scheduled to go live in w/c 1st September 2025*

View all your students on one screen

TassoChamps and other admins will be able to see at a glance all the learners in their school, across year groups and across subjects. Alongside each learner you’ll be able to view key details such as:

• Subject, class and group memberships

• Tassomai-related settings

To help you quickly find the right student, the new screen also includes a search function and filters — for example, you can display just your Year 8 learners or just those in a particular subject.

Easily edit and manage learners

From the same screen, TassoChamps can make changes in bulk and at the individual level:

• Create new learner accounts

• Delete learners where needed

• Update passwords

• Manage class and additional group memberships

• Adjust Tassomai-related settings for the learner’s quizzing experience

Introducing Additional Groups

This release also includes a new way to organise learners beyond their classes and subjects. TassoChamps can now:

• Create additional groups

• Delete them

• Assign learners to these non-content-based groups

This extra layer of organisation makes it easier to manage clubs, intervention groups, or any other sets of learners you need to track in Tassomai.

Another step towards easier teacher admin

This new Learner Management feature is part of our ongoing work to make the Teacher Dashboard more powerful and convenient. Together with the recent content and class management updates, it gives school leaders and TassoChamps a complete toolkit for keeping Tassomai organised with minimal fuss.
