Some facts and figures about Tassomai: - Tassomai is an online learning program which helps students in years 9, 10 and 11 prepare for their science GCSEs, while simultaneously feeding data back to teachers to help them target intervention more effectively. - Students learn through low stakes, multiple choice micro-quizzes, which provide them with immediate feedback when they answer questions. - Teachers can easily see how individual students, classes and year groups are progressing with Tassomai. It’s easy to identify students who are doing well, and those who need more help with particular topics. - GCSE grades for students completing Tassomai are significantly higher than the national average. Over 50% of students who completed the course in 2017 achieved an A or A* grade in their exams!

This video is for students whose schools are using Tassomai to teach science, English and maths in years 7 to 11. It's an all-round introduction to the program and includes screengrabs to help students get going with the Tassomai app. This video can also be used by teachers to introduce Tassomai to their students. Content covered includes: - What is Tassomai - Why use it / the impact on grades - Tassomai quizzes - Daily goals - Experience points and levelling up - Bonus goals - Using Tassomai “little and often”

As well as quizzes, Tassomai also includes short videos, shown to you if our algorithm sees that you need help with a specific topic.

Teachers can easily see how individual students, classes and year groups are progressing with Tassomai. It’s easy to identify students who are doing well, and those who need more help with particular topics. This video is for teachers who are using (or considering using) Tassomai in the classroom. Getting started with Tassomai

You may already get Tassomai for free through your school, if so your teachers will get you up and running at the right time.

If you don’t get Tassomai through your school, speak to your science, maths, English, history, geography or computer-science teachers as they might want to set up access for the school.

Families can also set upprivate subscriptions’, and this involves parents paying month-by-month.

Our private subscribers get to trial Tassomai for FREE for 7-days and have access to up to 10 different subjects for one monthly fee.
