What’s it like to work at Tassomai?

Tassomai is changing the way students learn - come join the revision revolution!

Our team may be small in number, but we are enormously dedicated and invested in what we do.  At our core, we are committed to contributing to the improvement of education for all.

Our culture is one of openness and respect for each other as individuals, the skills each of us brings to our roles and the whole person behind those skills.

We celebrate our successes together and we work through our struggles together.  We do not shy away from discussing either of those things and we regularly review where we have been and where we are going.

Our working time is based on flexibility and trust.  We count on each other’s hard work, which will always be appreciated and recognised.

As an education company, we are devoted to learning and development.  While our work is focused on helping children learn and achieve academically, that also goes for our team too - we meet regularly to discuss whether there are any opportunities for training, development or otherwise growing in our roles.

We are researching and planning the best way for us to help students and young people gain valuable experience of workplaces.  We aim to provide meaningful experience of workplaces for those students and young people who may not have readily available opportunities.  This is a work in progress and we hope to develop a substantial programme of work experience and internship opportunities soon.

If you would like more information on this or have any suggestions for ways we could help you with this, please email natalie@tassomai.com.

Partnerships

We want to widen the impact of our social mission.  Whether you are an education organisation, an employer looking to encourage the next generation, an organisation dedicated to improving equality or a corporation looking to give back to your community, we would like to hear from you with ideas and suggestions for ways to partner with us to have an impact on young people’s education.  Please email enquiries@tassomai.com.
