We're recruiting for... Head of Customer Success
Tassomai’s school customer base has grown significantly over the last couple of years and we need to realign our customer-facing team to ensure we are supporting new and existing customers alike. By being a part of our Customer Relationships team, not only will you be helping us build bigger and better partnerships with existing schools, but you’ll be helping us improve the lives of teachers and students around the UK.
What’s the challenge?
This is an opportunity for a proactive, hands-on, organisation wizard or wizardess to help shape the Customer Success team, introduce new and better processes and programmes, and generally get things ship-shape!
The team’s focus is to provide support to a large number of new and existing customers all year round, from helping with queries, quotes and demos, to visiting them in school and working with our product team to improve the product - all the while iterating, learning and improving the processes. All of our schools have different needs and different ways of working - we know all of them in some capacity but we would like to know them even better! This is a busy role and one that is pivotal to the success of the business.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer success and customer support; someone who will always put the customer’s needs first; someone who is excited about contributing to the success of students and teachers by ensuring they are happy and making the most of their investment; someone who can manage a busy team that handles large numbers of customers, while building relationships and keeping things personal.
We need people who are passionate about:
Building happy teams
Managing a small and productive team
Building successful professional relationships
Creating efficient and organised processes
Structured and organised ways of working
Tracking and reporting
Handling large numbers of customers without being a machine
Understanding the importance of listening, empathy and feedback
Learning and helping others to learn
What is it like to work at Tassomai?
We strongly believe that ideas can come from anywhere, so we are looking for someone who not only has big ideas, but can help others realise their potential too. We are building a cross-functional structure where employees are encouraged to be the best at what they know while working in harmony with other departments.
We’re a team of 20 and we’re a relaxed but hardworking bunch. There’s plenty of cross-team collaboration, we celebrate success (and birthdays 🎈) and we pride ourselves on our open and supportive culture.
“It’s the type of company that if you have the drive and curiosity to be or do something, the opportunity is there for the taking.”
Andrew, Product Designer
Where would you be working?
We’re based on the 5th floor an old pharmaceutical warehouse in Bethnal Green. It’s a co-working space and we’ve bagged the best office which is light and airy with a lovely balcony - we love it.
