If you are eligible (i.e. your child’s school has recently stopped using Tassomai) you should receive an email with your ongoing access link. Contact our support team if you have not received your personalised invitation.

The discounted rate will continue throughout the lifetime of your child’s subscription. You will pay month by month, there’s no long-term contract and you can cancel at any time.

Should I start a free trial from the Tassomai website?
No — you must use the unique link from the email we sent you. This ensures the discount is applied and your child’s progress is retained.
What’s the price of this offer?
Just £9.99/month, regardless of year group. This is a major discount from our usual £29.99–£44.99 pricing. You’ll also benefit from a 7-day free trial. Your first month’s subscription fee will be billed after 7 days unless you cancel during the trial period.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You’re not tied in to a long-term contract with Tassomai. You’ll be billed monthly and you can cancel your subscription at any time via your Parent Dashboard or by contacting us.
When does this special offer expire?
Your personal email will tell you the exact expiry date for your code. After that, the promo code will no longer be valid and your child’s Tassomai usage data will be deleted.
What if I haven’t received an email?

Will all of my learner’s progress be maintained?
Yes! Even if it’s been several weeks or months since they last used Tassomai, they can pick up where they left off without any loss of progress data.
Which subjects will my child have access to?
The link in your email will take you straight to your Parent Dashboard where you can activate your discounted private subscription. You’ll find that your child’s current, or most recent Tassomai courses are active. You can easily make changes and add more subjects, additional to the ones they had access to through school.
