Tassomai packages for schools to include GCSE maths and English literature in 2020/21

** Since this blog was published we have added new information for maths teachers and for English teachers **

We are developing new GCSE maths and English literature content and we plan to add this to our KS4 package in September.

All schools using Tassomai for GCSE science will now have access to all three subjects at no extra cost!

The new subject material will cover required topics and specification points for KS4 students in England and Wales. Variations from the different exam boards will be taken into account.

We’ll be sharing more details about the new Key Stage 4 content in the run up to the new academic year, but meanwhile here are some answers to some questions you may have.  If you want to ask us anything else, please do contact us.

FAQs

Q. Will schools that sign up now get early access to the new KS4 content?

A. No, we won’t be releasing the KS4 maths and English content until the Autumn term, but schools that take up our Early Bird offer can get their students started with GCSE science and KS3 core subjects now at no extra cost.

Q. How will Daily Goals work with multiple subjects? Will there be a separate Daily Goal for each subject?

A. We introduced multiple subjects at KS3 in September 2019 and our new KS4 content will work in the same way. Students will have separate Daily Goals for each subject and the Teacher Dashboard will enable teachers in different departments to monitor and manage their individual subjects.

Q. Will there be Tassomai tutorial videos for the new maths and English literature content?

A. Not at first, but we intend to create more tutorial videos for science, maths and English over the next academic year.

Q. If I renew or purchase now, how will I know when I can get my English and maths classes set up?

A. We will contact you in September once the content is ready to go and ask you to send us over your class structures for English and maths.
