TassoTask 3 - Motivate Students

To make sure you get valuable data from Tassomai, you need to keep your students motivated and using the program.

This case study by Tassomai teacher David Back goes through some of the methods he used last year, including putting “TassoMemes” up in the school. We also think one of the most effective methods is using leaderboards to create competition between students.

We recommend you put up leaderboards in each classroom based on the most important statistics:

  • Accuracy

  • Daily Goals Completed

  • Questions Correct

Make sure you update these every week! We’ve created one template specifically for accuracy, and this more generic leaderboard for any metric you want.

You can also create competition between classes - look at the overview page of your dashboard, and see which classes have the most engaged students or questions correct.
