Customer Support & Administrator
What's the challenge?
We are restructuring the way our customer-facing team works, so this is a great opportunity for someone to shape a role within this new framework. By being part of the Customer Support and Admin team, you will be at the heart of this process. You will be the first port of call for customer support, fielding calls and enquiries and delegating as necessary. You will help to oversee the set-up all of our school packages, a task that can get incredibly busy at times so needs a real eye for detail!
Without this role, the customer-facing team doesn’t work! By taking the administrative reins, and by working with the rest of the Success, Support and Sales team, there is opportunity to improve existing processes and help ensure all of our school and private customers are supported and happy.
Things can change really quickly around here, so you’ll need to be a fast-thinker, open to ideas and up for a challenge - it’s never been a more exciting time to join Tassomai!
Skills & Experience:
Passionate about helping people
Experience of talking to customers (not necessarily in a web product context)
Excellent phone manner
Experience of CRM management
Experience using Excel
Solutions-focussed and a creative problem solver
Excellent attention to detail
Great at multitasking & prioritising
Able to recognise and judge the need for process vs short-term productivity
Constantly striving to improve the way things are done
Hates to let thing slip through the net!

Where would you be working?
We’re based on the 5th floor of an old pharmaceutical warehouse in Bethnal Green. It’s a co-working space and we’ve bagged the best office which is light and airy with a lovely balcony - we love it.
